The account for the web and app tracking service is numeric and is generated automatically, so it will not need nominal registration.

DYNAMIC TRACKING
unlike normal GPS for cars which sends a position regularly every few minutes or seconds generating "approximate" tracks, often with imprecise lines crossing houses, dynamic tracking, i.e. the detection of a change in the direction of the car generates more points on the map allowing to obtain much smoother and much more precise traces than any other device on the market.
In essence, the device sends a position every tot. seconds on straight routes in order to avoid too much data and too much battery consumption, but when it detects a change of direction, such as a curve or a roundabout, it sends continuous points, generating an always precise and perfect track.
